Fortaleza Suites Old San Juan

Everything there were perfect, including clean facilities. The staff was helpful, the room was well-appointed and unique. A terrific service and LOCAL breakfast. Lobby was beautiful.

The breakfast was lovely and staff was always available. Unbelievable location, near parque de las palomas. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having fridge, coffee and balcony. The exceptional service was provided in this beautiful designed hotel. Loved quick check-in.

energetic staff, functional and extra big room. i loved the room, the bed was good. had awesome and yummy meal in the restaurant.

Exceptional location, it was a just perfect experience. Cool enough and incredibly spacious units that should have been a closet. Everything was lovely as expected, though the bathroom was nasty. The service was admirable, the staff were ready to help.

It had not so great views.

We liked our stay here and will be back. Room was panoramic and air conditioned with a luxurious bathroom. Fab location, excellent services and comfortable bed. Had alcoholic drinks in the pool bar in the evening.

The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was caring. Large units on the main level. The location of the property was central, short walk to Old San Juan and restaurants and shops.

The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Marina Old San Juan.

Location was peaceful, staff was terrific, views were incredible. I really enjoyed a continental breakfast, it was tasty with lots of food. Great value for money and outstanding service.

Lovely location and clean place, I liked warm staff. Early check-in and accommodating service. There were fast internet and private parking available...

The staff was LOVELY and the place was very clean. Truly enjoyed that satellite TV and a seating area were included. The property is based in the heart of the town.

The venue is placed in a central position. The room is equipped with walk-in showers, which is a bonus. Furthermore, they had free WiFi. Our favorite hotel in San Juan, staff was great.

Just a bit noisy street.

Friendly staff, unique rooms. Our stay was great and we would go back in flash. Good access to a port. Pieria is short way from the hotel;)))
